Our experience with handling of bulk products includes Coal, Iron Ore, Lithium and Aggregates. Our services and expertise include layouts, design and specification of equipment for the following:

  • Crushing & Screening Plant
  • Conveyor Systems
  • Chutes & Hoppers
  • Ship Loading
  • Rail & Truck Loading Systems.

Our design team expertise complements our fabrication and manufacturing capabilities.

Utilising the latest in 3D CAD software and analysis software our engineering team can produce a full range of deliverables from concept designs, site layouts, detailed workshop drawings, mechanical drawings, civil & structural drawings.

Our Team can also support Bulk Material Handling projects through Discrete Element Modelling (DEM) – calculation-based modelling which allows visualization of results. DEM accounts for particle velocity, forces (shear and normal), acceleration and material scatter, and more. DEM goes beyond flow simulation of bulk materials to provide advanced information regarding wear patterns, mixing, and center loading.

Correct equipment selection, sizing, and layout all play a key role in the design of comminution circuits. A complete process design capability, including comminution optimization and mineral processing is an integral part of the mining and prepreparation of ore.
